The worldcitizenartists.org website consists of various pages operated by the World Citizen Artist Community Interest Company (WCA). worldcitizenartists.org is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms). worldcitizenartists.org is the official organisation website and provides information about the World Citizen Artists Community Interest Company, and the campaigns we run.

WCA is headquartered in the United Kingdom. If you access the Site from a location outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WCA, its board members, directors, volunteers and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or WCA campaigns, and user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules and regulations. Relationship between user and WCA
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and WCA as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Unless an existing agreement has been established between the user and WCA.
Change of terms
WCA reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, at any time, to change the Terms under which worldcitizenartists.org is offered. The most current version of Terms will supersede all previous versions. WCA encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
Membership policy
World Citizen Artists Community Interest Company offers 30 day money back guarantee. If you're unhappy for any reason at all, contact us within 30 (thirty) days and tell us you'd like a refund. Once your refund request is processed your membership access and all related benefits and privileges will be immediately canceled.
